Campers can make reservations to secure their spot amidst the beauty of the surrounding landscape. Additionally, the campground features a group camping facility with 15 campsites, including a pavilion equipped with a fireplace, sink, and electricity, perfect for group gatherings and events.

Visitors can enjoy both day use and camping activities at the site, with swimming beach access, a two-lane boat ramp for water enthusiasts, and a 23-slip marina available for overnight campground guests. Starting Dec. 1, 2023, campers can reserve boat moorage slips at Cresap Bay Campground, enhancing their aquatic experience.

The campground provides essential amenities such as water, restrooms, and showers for convenience. While there are no RV hook-ups at the campsites, a recreational vehicle dump station is available for RV campers. Please note that the entrance gate closes promptly at 9 p.m., ensuring a peaceful night's rest for all visitors.
